Community Building

Augusta Heritage Center is dedicated to bringing folk arts education to under-served communities by providing access to cultural experiences for individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity. By promoting cultural heritage, celebrating local identities, documenting traditions, and creating spaces for community building, the Augusta Heritage Center is making a significant contribution to the creation of a more inclusive and culturally rich society.

Camps and Conferences

Augusta Camps and Conferences are immersive, multi-day lessons and workshops that have you studying face to face with a master artist. Take part in one of our world-famous summer theme weeks on the scenic campus of Davis & Elkins College or on the road year-round. Augusta Camps and Conferences put you in the heart of the action with workshops, dances, concerts, jams, and like-minded friends.
