Open to all singers and instrumentalists, this is your chance to collaborate with students and form your own country band! We will do some big group listening and then break off into groups to experience the joy of playing music together. Both instructors will help guide singers and players in song execution and arrangements, and Tess will be available to coach to any bass players interested in joining the fun. Student bands will have an opportunity to perform at the end of the week if so desired.
Instructor Bio
Miss Tess Miss Tess has been leading her own band, performing, and touring professionally for the last decade. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, making a living as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and bassist. Tess specializes in writing and playing American roots music including styles of country, blues, and swing. “Old-time warmth, 21st-century sass.
