Jambalaya? Red beans and rice? These are just a sampling of what will be on the menu when this class explores how Cajuns cook outside. This class meets 4pm-6pm!

**Mini-classes are held Monday through Thursday They may be taken in addition to daytime classes or on their own. Cost is $75. For this class, an additional $40 materials fee will be collected when you register. This class meets 4pm-6pm! You’ll be well fed!**
