Cancellation Policy:
Your purchase includes the full program tuition and a $100 non-refundable registration processing fee. All cancellations (not including the $100 registration processing fee) are 95% refundable up to 60 days prior to the program. Between 30 and 60 days before the event, tuition costs are 45% refundable. Between 7 and 30 days prior to the event, tuition costs are 25% refundable. Cancellations made in the 6 days prior to the event and/or after the start of the event (including no-call no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. Purchase is valid for Summer 2026 only. AHC reserves the right to evaluate all cancellations on an individual basis.
Housing Information 2026:
Students have many options for housing this year. You will book your housing directly with the business. We have included an extensive list of housing options, including direct links to room blocks at local hotels, in the housing section of our FAQ page.
Meal Information 2026:
Your lunch card includes lunches and dinners on Tuesday through Friday (Due to differing travel plans for students, Monday dinner is on your own. You can grab dinner at a restaurant in town or make other plans!).
Please notify us of any food allergies or special dietary restrictions in advance.
