Bruneaux Miller | Cajun Men Cook | All Levels | Week 1 (Evening Mini-Class 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.)

Jambalaya? Red beans and rice? These are just a sampling of what will be on the menu when this class explores how Cajun men cook. Anyone is welcome to participate, not just men! This class meets 4pm-6pm!

**Mini-classes are held Monday through Friday the week of programming. They may be taken in addition to daytime classes or on their own. Cost is $75. For this class only, an additional $40 materials fee will be collected on the first day of class. You’ll be well fed!**

 Instructor Bio

Bruneaux Miller grew up in the Cajun country of Iota, Louisiana, learning the music from his father, Larry, and traditional Cajun cooking from his mother, the renowned Cajun cook, Jackie Miller, and from his grandmother and uncle. Cajun and Creole Week will be a family affair with at least 4 members of the Miller family on campus!
