Dive into the treasure trove of songs written by Hank Williams. We will sing and play many songs together as you expand your early country repertoire with some fabulous tunes (great to bring to your evening jams) including some you may not have heard before! Singers and instrumentalists welcome. We will work on the roles that the different country instruments play in Hank’s band and how you can fill those roles yourself.
Instructor Bio
Miss Tess has been leading her own band, performing, and touring professionally for the last decade. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, making a living as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and bassist. Tess specializes in writing and playing American roots music including styles of country, blues, and swing. “Old-time warmth, 21st-century sass.
