Cancellation Policy: Your purchase includes the full program tuition and a $50 non-refundable registration processing fee. Tuition costs (not including the $50 registration processing fee) are 95% refundable up to one month prior to the program. Between one month and one week before the event, tuition costs are 70% refundable. In the week leading up to the event, tuition costs are 45% refundable. Cancellations made after the start of the event, including no-call no-shows, are not eligible for a tuition refund. Purchase is valid for Dulcimer Retreat 2026 only. AHC reserves the right to evaluate all cancellations on an individual basis.
