Sing For the Health of It with Kim Watroba

Singing | Kim Watroba | All Levels | Evening Mini-Class | Week 2 (July 14-19, 2024)

This will be a whole-body approach to singing. Participants will learn the benefits of becoming conscious of how mind, body, and spirit can combine to enhance your experience as a singer. Breathing, positive health habits, and movement are just a few concepts we will cover. This will be interactive, challenging, fun, and there will be lots of singing. All exercises will be adapted for all levels of physical abilities and skill.

About the Instructor 

Kim Watroba has been singing professionally with her husband Matt for ten years, but her love of singing goes back much further—she’s been doing that her whole life. Her interest in health started in the third grade when she would take home her health textbook and read it cover to cover. For fun. Kim is excited to be at vocal week to share her love of both singing and health.
