Dorm rooms: Dorm rooms are rented by the room rather than by the bed. Any two participants may share a room and split the cost (to be handled by the occupants). No roommates will be assigned by Augusta. Each dorm room has a two-person maximum occupancy. All guests staying in dorm accommodations must be enrolled in Augusta classes or have purchased a chaperone pass to attend with a student under the age of 18. While dorm rooms in Roxanna Booth Hall are not air-conditioned, Elkins’ elevation provides temperate temperatures throughout the year. To enhance your comfort, consider bringing a small box fan. Meal cards need to be purchased separately. We appreciate your cooperation and wish you a delightful and comfortable stay at the Augusta Heritage Center!

Camping: Dive into an affordable and unique experience at the Augusta Heritage Center’s Summer Heritage Workshops with our budget-friendly camping option on the Davis & Elkins College campus. Campsites are 10 x 10 with access to an inside locker room featuring bathrooms and showers. Each site has a four-person maximum occupancy. All guests utilizing camping accommodations must be enrolled in Augusta classes or have purchased a guest pass or a chaperone pass. Keep in mind that the number of camping spots is limited by insurance regulations. If you’re looking for a simple and inexpensive way to be part of this cultural celebration, our camping option is the perfect fit. Please note that open fires are not allowed on campus, and that sites are on an active college campus (for individuals sensitive to ambient light or sound). For those seeking a state park camping experience, Stuart Park Campground is just a short distance away. Embrace the essence of the Augusta Heritage Center’s Summer Heritage Workshops with our budget-friendly camping experience!

RV Parking: RV parking is behind Presidential dorm or at the bottom of the Myles Center parking lot and does not have electrical or water hookups. 24-hour access to bathrooms and showers are provided inside of the D&E pool locker rooms. The AHC nor D&E assumes any responsibility for vehicles or their contents. Each site has a four-person maximum occupancy. All guests staying RVs on campus must be enrolled in Augusta classes or have purchased a guest pass or a chaperone pass.

Meal Cards: Lost meal cards will not be replaced or refunded.
